Tri-Lakes
Located thirty minutes north of "Colorado Springs" is the "Tri-Lakes" area. This area consists of the towns of Palmer Lake and Monument as well as the luxury development of Woodmoor. Situated at 7,000 feet above sea level this area features rolling hills, lots of pine trees, some awesome views and yes, above average snowfall.
