Ute Pass, Colorado
This historic area was the original route taken by the Ute Indians from their Shining Mountains to the bubbling waters of Manitou Springs. This area consists of the mountain towns of Chipita Park, Cascade, Green Mountain Falls, Crystola and the luxury subdivision of Pikes Peak Mountain Estates. If you want the mountains, this is it; steep lots, lots of aspen and pine, awesome views and tons of that rustic mountain character.
